We will send you a preview within 5 working days of receiving your order (might be a little longer on busy times) As soon as you approve it, we will send it to print. 

Delivery estimates from the day you approve your artwork:

Due to the personalised nature of the products we make, we cannot offer returns.
Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you.

For every personalised artwork, a preview will be sent to you for approval and you can request changes till you are happy with the design before printing.

If there is any issues with your item, let us know and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

If you have received the wrong product, incorrect size, or was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question.

Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Email info@lolaandpops.com with photos of the damage and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you pronto.
